20474_1271102509153_5398470_nCorey Marting is a licensed general contractor located in Scotts Valley, CA. He brings 26 years of top-notch experience to your remodeling project. Over the years, he has worked for several new home builders, in addition to working on a wide variety of individual homeowner projects. Corey is also well versed in the fine art of furniture refinishing, and his attention to detail in bringing antiques back to life is evident in the finished pieces.

Corey and his wife of 27 years have lived in Scotts Valley since 1994, and raised a son here. They continue to participate in the community, are active in Vintage Faith Church, and are known to lend a hand to those in need. In fact, Corey remodeled three themed classrooms for the Gateway Bible Church. Corey also has shown his fine craftsmanship at the Scotts Valley Art & Wine Festival and the Capitola Art & Wine Festival, where he and his son Cody display their unique shelving fashioned from old, refurbished surfboards.

Corey is also passionate about old cars, and rebuilt an award-winning 1941 Ford pickup, which he enjoys taking to local shows. You may even see him tooling around Scotts Valley in it!

Although he’s been building projects ever since he was a child, his most ambitious project to date is a 3,500 square foot Victorian custom home in Scotts Valley he designed and built for his family. Want to see what kind of attention to detail Corey will show your project? Browse the gallery on this website, or better yet, ask him for a tour of the Victorian home that never stops changing. It’s quite a beauty.
